I am a parent, grandparent, author, speaker, podcaster, artist, and parent coach with a passion for helping families build stronger relationships.

For more than 50 years, I have experienced the joys and challenges of family life. I have raised four children, been blessed with twelve grandchildren, and spent 36 years living in the South Pacific, where I gained a deep appreciation for different cultures, traditions, and ways of connecting with others.

My work focuses on helping parents of teens and tweens communicate more effectively, build emotional intelligence, and create stronger family relationships. Through my books, podcasts, digital resources, and coaching, I share practical tools that help parents lead with love, understanding, and confidence.

I am the creator of Parenting with Love, Light, and Laughter and The Aloha EQ Podcast, where I explore real-life parenting challenges and offer solutions that parents can use right away.
