We offer both digital products and, where applicable, physical books and resources. Please review our shipping information below.

Digital Products

Most of our products are digital downloads, including eBooks, printable guides, journals, workbooks, recipes, and parenting resources.

Digital products are delivered instantly after your payment is successfully processed.
You will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email.
If you do not receive your download within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Physical Products

If you purchase a physical book or other physical product:

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for physical products are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Digital products do not incur shipping charges.

International Shipping

We currently ship physical products to selected countries. Shipping availability and costs will be displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your physical order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at rkongaika@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
